A. Digital Products (Majority of Our Offerings)

These are delivered electronically after successful payment, via our secure learning platform or direct email/WhatsApp link.

B. Printed Books (Only Physical Products We Sell)

We only sell books written and published by Jagannath Satardekar.
We do not sell any other physical or hard goods.

2. Shipping Policy for Printed Books

a. Orders Placed via Amazon

If you purchase our book(s) through Amazon, their delivery timelines and shipping policies apply.
For any delays or shipping queries in such cases, kindly contact Amazon Customer Support.

b. Orders Placed via SwarvigyanSays.com (Direct Purchase)

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Mon–Sat).
Delivery usually takes 4–8 business days within India.
You will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp upon dispatch.

c. Shipping Charges

We offer free standard shipping across most Indian regions.
Any additional delivery charge will be clearly shown during checkout.

3. Delivery of Digital Products

Delivered within 15 minutes to 24 hours after payment confirmation.
Access details are shared via our LMS portal, email, or WhatsApp.
No physical delivery applies.

4. Delays, Non-Delivery, or Damaged Items

a. Delayed or Undelivered (Direct Purchase Only)

Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery if you’ve not received your book.
We’ll coordinate with the courier and resolve the issue.

b. Damaged/Wrong Item

Report within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Share a photo of the package and product.
We will verify and arrange for replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

5. Cancellations

Book orders can be cancelled within 12 hours or before dispatch.
After dispatch, cancellation isn’t possible.
Digital product purchases are non-refundable and non-cancellable once access is granted.
